Home Extension

We recently finished a project on an older home, aiming to expand the living space and give it a fresh new look for a growing family needing additional space. The project involved adding a modern kitchen, dining area, lounge space, and laundry room. We made sure to stick to the budget and complete the project on time, resulting in a smooth construction process and a very happy homeowner.

The project started with an initial consultation where we discussed the owner's needs and vision in detail. We then developed a structured plan, considering the existing foundations, architectural, and the desired functionalities of the new spaces.

Once the project plan was approved, we began by removing any obstacles or outdated structures through careful demolition work. We prepared the site by clearing the area, leveling the ground, and making necessary adjustments to the foundation to seamlessly accommodate the extension.
