A Renovation Designed to Sell – and Succeed!
For this renovation project, we had the pleasure of working with a young couple eagerly preparing for the arrival of their first baby. With their growing family in mind, they were also planning to sell their home and wanted to maximise its appeal to a broad range of buyers.
The house had already undergone renovations, except for two remaining rooms that needed a refresh, the bathroom and ensuite. Our goal was to ensure a seamless update that would align with the modern aesthetic of the rest of the home, while using neutral tones to attract potential buyers.
We completed a full strip-out of the designated spaces, followed by waterproofing and the installation of new tiles, fittings, and fixtures. Some plumbing locations were also relocated to enhance the functionality of the layout. A key priority was completing the renovation before the baby arrived, ensuring the couple had a stress-free transition into parenthood, while preparing for their next chapter.
The couple opted for a timeless, neutral palette with warm timber accents to create a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. We used Beaumont Tiles' Maxi White Gloss (300x600) for the walls with complementing floor tiles, alongside h igh-quality sanitary fixtures and bathroom fittings from Reece Plumbing to add the perfect finishing touches. The lighting was also handpicked by the clients to suit their vision.
Seeing their excitement as the renovation neared completion—and later hearing that they made a great profit on the home’s sale—was incredibly rewarding. At the heart of this renovation was a balance between cost efficiency and aesthetics, and we’re proud to have delivered a result that not only met their needs, but exceeded expectations!
