13 years ago we were told to buy the worst house in the best street, which is great if you are a renovator, but Nat and I weren’t, resulting in our windows not opening, lights not working, plumbing coming up our drains rather than down... We don't want to give you the wrong impression, there were some things we loved about the place like the stained-glass windows and doors, the location and the wooden floors, along with all the memories we had made and times we had shared there with family and friends. We didn't want to lose these things so decided to renovate, so called Smith & Sons - who we cannot recommend highly enough for their professionalism and high-quality workmanship. It is hard to believe we live in the same house, as our house has become new again!
