This is the second time I've had Smith and Sons from Toowoomba East complete renovations for me.

The first time I had them add on a bedroom and toilet to the house and update my office.  I was so happy with what they did the first time that I got them back again!

This time they completed a garage conversion turning it into a bedroom and bathroom - basically a "Granny Flat" for my mother to live in.  They also added a carport to the front of the house.

I have great confidence in recommending Darryl and Sam.  I find them very approachable and friendly, yet professional in all they do.  Wherever I went to pick out my carpets/tiles etc. the other businesses would also have high praise for them -saying how professional they were.  

I got to know the tradesmen really well - they were always willing to explain to me what they were doing and to ask me if I was happy with their work.  They would often double check with me before they did something that it was what I wanted.

I know that having renovations done can be a major headache.  However, Darryl and Sam certainly did everything in their power to make it the most enjoyable experience they could.
