What a great job you have done! I’m truly delighted. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your patience, perseverance and attention to detail. In fact, you’re the first builder I have met in Canberra who actually gives a damn and takes pride in their work. Thank you so much for making the house a much nicer place.

Thank you also for cleaning up as well! (I think the garage has never been so spotless.) I will absolutely consider you for more work down the track – as you know, there is still much to be done.
