We tendered a number of quotes for the job, but decided to engage Smith & Sons Illawarra North because Glenn was courteous, efficient, very patient and his quote was reasonable. We added an extension with two bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms and knocked out internal walls to make a larger living space, basically giving us a little extra breathing space. Glenn and his team were excellent, always polite, efficient, helpful and patient with our requests. There were a few issues with the windows, however these were not really in their control. Overall, the build was and is great! We were particularly impressed with the way Glenn dealt with any issues that cropped up. He jumped on them immediately and sorted them out. He was incredibly patient with us through the whole process, calmly dealing with everything. We would definitely recommend Smith & Sons and especially Glenn to friends and family. In fact, we have already done so.
