The work schedule was particularly impressive—materials were always on-site when needed, and the builder and his trades were consistently present as required, ensuring the project moved forward smoothly and on time. The site was exceptionally clean and organised.

This reliability and organisation gave us great confidence that everything was progressing as planned.

While there were occasional moments of miscommunication and differing expectations, these instances were few and far between, and with everyone working to resolve the matter. The builder always remained focused on the bigger picture, ensuring the work was of the highest standard, and when issues arose, they were addressed swiftly and effectively.

After being advised of some minor cracks appearing in the kitchen cornices post-build, the builder advised that it would be best to wait for a couple of seasons to see the full extent of the issue, rather than rushing into repairs. This thoughtful approach showed great care and demonstrated his long-term vision for the project. True to his word, he plans to return in the New Year to address the situation, ensuring the repairs are done at the optimal time.
