I engaged Tim for a commercial renovation of a new dental practice. It was an old weatherboard house which needed updating, dental rooms created, bathroom and kitchen renovation, and new wheelchair access to be installed.

Tim has vast knowledge regarding building practices and provided some great ideas as to how to bring this renovation project together.  Old houses throw up many challenges, which Tim took in his stride and just worked methodically and efficiently to find a solution.

His quality of workmanship was first class and very precise.
