I contacted Smith & Sons in response to web searches. I also contacted a number of other builders, but Bryn McGibbon was the most helpful and responsive. Other builders were also not interested in any part of the planning / design stage. We appreciated the “one stop shop” approach.

We were looking for more space – bigger bedrooms for our teenage children and an extra bathroom. We essentially doubled the size of our house with a second storey renovation with a rear extension, adding 3 large bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet, a new kitchen and updated existing bathrooms and living areas. We extended a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house, into a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, plus study and media room.

The service we received throughout our renovation was excellent. Bryn and Graham were great to work with and managed all contractors extremely well, finishing pretty much on time and on budget.

We really appreciated both Bryn and Graham’s attention to detail, responsiveness (polite, friendly and timely), professional and well thought out recommendations and willingness to find solutions to any problems that inevitably arise with such a project. Graham has also continued to provide an excellent service resolving defects and maintaining good communication, even though I am sure both are extremely busy with the next project.

We would definitely recommend Smith & Sons to our friends and family.
