The reno turned out exactly as I imagined. I am blown away by the kindness, patience and relaxed nature of every single trade involved. At no point did I ever feel like I was being upsold on anything. I never felt judged for my ideas, and nohing was EVER a drama! Andy's communicaion is constantly incredible, and I really appriciated that everything was triple-checked and confirmed before anyone went ahead and did anything throughout each stage of the reno.

Renovations are usually supposed to be stressful and be blown way over budget, but this just wasn't our experience at all. So, THANK YOU to Andy and all the team involved.
