Smith & Sons Renovations & Extensions Wollongong completed a large renovation for us during 2020. Tom Jeffrey took out initial meeting and we could not have felt more comfortable. He listened and very patiently helped us express our thoughts and ideas.

Tom  took us through the ideas and then the plans with meticulous attention to detail. He provided a clear and precise timeline.

Tracy Jeffrey in administration took us through the myriad of permits, certifications, and invoicing. She took away many anxieties by dealing with other companies, for example: the bathroom and kitchen appliance companies. They were professional, organised and very kind. Nothing was too much trouble. The business plan was straightforward, itemised and with clear financial instruction. We always knew where we stood. They provided us with a detailed report of the whole renovation on completion.

The project management was excellent. He was available to discuss and review any changes we might consider and offered suggestions or alternatives as required. His vast experience and skill were helpful and appreciated. His communication skills were excellent. He kept us informed all the way. Again, nothing was too much trouble. This was all done during COVID and he always kept up the momentum.

The renovation was completed to an excellent standard and on time. The work of the very skilled tradesman in the team is evident in the high quality of the workmanship. We could not be happier with the result.  The personal touch provided by the whole team made our renovation seamless. We are very grateful to the whole team. It was our lucky day when we signed with Smith & Sons Wollongong and we would not hesitate to recommend them.
