Recently we embarked on a significant renovation of our 3 Br apartment in Avoca. Neil is a consummate professional who really takes listening to a whole new level and from our initial consultation we knew we didn't need to look any further afield.

From the first moment until the last of our Renovation - Neil was attentive to our needs. He actively listened to our brief and engaged us in the process wholeheartedly from beginning to end. He took into account our shift working schedules and managed noise and interruptions with consideration and respect. We moved out of our immediate unit however lived onsite in the complex throughout the 6-week transformation. Our total experience and end result by far and away exceeded our very highest expectations.

Any unexpected variances were met with full disclosure and negotiation, any unexpected savings were passed on to us. The quality of the workmanship was second to none. The whole process from negotiating our plans to final sign off on our contract was seamless and uncomplicated. 

Our new space is a joy in both form and function and truly a haven where we are proud and delighted to entertain our friends and family. We have a new kitchen / bathroom / laundry and additional storage. Neil coordinated our project with no less than 6 other trades and services and his communication was transparent and flawless at all times across the board. If there is a perfect recipe for renovating your home then Neil has it nailed!
