Smith and Sons completed the first storey addition to our weatherboard home, and we couldn’t be happier, not only with the final result, but also the process. We would highly recommend them to anyone. From beginning to end they were professional, helpful, and friendly. We were always informed of what would be happening and which trades people would be turning up so we were prepared.

All the builders and different trades people were polite, respectful, and punctual which made living in our home during the renovations a lot less stressful. At the end of the day the site was always tidied and secure. There was great attention to detail with things we hadn’t even thought about.

Not only at the planning stage but even suggestions from people like carpenters and electricians when they saw something could be done better or more simply. It was so nice to have them checking in to make sure what we wanted was happening. We also appreciated that any additional work or changes we requested were always costed and sent to us for approval first. There were no surprise bills.

A big thank you to James who was with us from the start, always accommodating when it came to making changes or providing friendly advice, and to Mark who kept the project running like clockwork. We could not believe how quickly the build was completed. Thanks to Bill and his team for their good humour and hard work. We are loving living in our new home.
