We are a busy family of five who decided to upgrade our three bedroom home to a four bedroom home after our third child came along. In addition, we decided to also extend our outdoor patio area at the same time to minimise the disruptions that construction and renovations naturally bring. We love our house and the neighbourhood we are in, so did not want to have to relocate to accommodate our growing family.

 

After careful consideration and glowing word of mouth recommendations, we chose Smith & Sons for our renovations and could not have been happier! From the onset through to completion of the renovations, we felt that Smith & Sons were incredibly customer-focused, friendly and professional, with excellent communication throughout. We were kept up-to-date at every step of the journey, and no request from us seemed to be too much of a hassle for them. Even when we had family coming from overseas, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was finished on time and to perfection so that we could relax and enjoy our time with family. They answered all of our questions patiently and professionally, and we were so pleased with their expertise and attention to detail.

 

The additional bedroom is perfect for our needs and Smith & Sons somehow worked their magic to optimise the space available. We really appreciate their very helpful suggestions and adjustments to our original idea for the room, it's so much more than I thought it could be. The extension on the patio has now become our very favourite area of the home, our sanctuary where we relax with a coffee in the mornings or unwind with a glass of wine in the evenings, while our children play happily in the pool nearby. Many happy family memories are being made in this area of our home.
