We engaged David and his team from Smith & Sons to deliver a major renovation of our ex Govie in Rivett, ACT. The work list was extensive – including new drains; asbestos removal; new kitchen, laundry, bathroom and toilet; new heating/cooling system; double glazed windows; LED downlights; and installing wall insulation. All-in-all, we wanted a modern, new, energy-efficient house in an old skeleton.
David took the time to talk through the project with us, refine our ideas, touched base with us throughout the project, and walked us through at the end. The work was completed on time and within the contracted budget. There were only a few minor details at the end which he happily addressed. The quality of the final work and finishes is equal to any display home we’ve seen in the new estates, and looks like it will stay that way for years to come.
We’ve lived in our renovated house for a few months now. How has it turned out? Excellent!! We’re very happy and highly recommend David and his team for any renovation job.
