I had a medium sized renovation of a Queenslander and was looking for a local builder. I found Smith and Sons who are located just up the road from me. Turns out Jason is involved in coaching at a local school and had done some work for a friend of a friend (good enough for me).

 

I am very particular and exact in how I want things to look and Jason was always available to listen and figure out ways to get what I wanted. He was also happy to schedule and work around other trades I had working on the job. His team is skilled, friendly, keen and respectful of my property and young family. I am pleased with the result and have already passed his number onto two of my friends.
