We love living in Ashgrove and love our old Ashgrovian house; in our spare time we love a beer & red wine, good food and spending time with friends.

The existing bathroom in our house is small and a bit dated. With the birth of our new baby girl Sienna, we decided that it was necessary to convert some of the old sleepout to a modern, beautiful bathroom ensuite.

We looked around for a locally based company. I had also seen your professional shopfront on Waterworks Rd. Your website also had the great garage restoration on it and I was drawn to that. Added to that, we didn’t have a lot of time before we wanted the job to be started and Jason was very accommodating in trying to fit us in. He was also clearly a friendly and agreeable bloke. Your quoting was simple and quick and as a result we decided to forgo another quote and go with you.

I like dealing with people who are easy to get along with and Jason and Jackie are certainly that. Because the job came along quite quickly, we made changes quite a few times and it was never a problem for Jason and the team. In fact, Jason was more than happy to make inconvenient changes when he thought that it meant we would arrive a better bathroom.

It was always in Jason’s mind first and foremost that he wanted us to be completely happy with the end result. Problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently and always with courtesy and goodwill.

We would absolutely recommend Smith & Sons, and I don’t think we will look too much further when our next job gets underway.
