My husband and I first reached out to Ben at the beginning of 2022 about doing an extension on our house. He came out to our place with his architect Jak and we discussed what we were after and they gave us some great ideas. Jak drew up three or four different plans that would be within our budget and came over to discuss them with us. He came up with ways to extend that we had never thought of. Once we were happy with the plans after a few adjustments, Jak organised all the council applications and guided us through the whole process.

Once it was through council, Ben sent us the cost proposal. It was pretty much right on our agreed budget. Construction commenced in November 2022. We were adding an extra bedroom and bathroom, rearranging our entire living/dining/kitchen, turning our existing carport into a garage and joining to our house and also putting a large deck out the back. So it was a pretty big job. Ben and his team were amazing through the entire process.  Ben consulted us with every change and would recommend what he thought would be best while still listening to what we wanted.

We had comments from all our neighbours about how hard they worked and were always there by 7:30 and still there well into the afternoon. We couldn’t believe how quickly it was done! It was all finished by March 2023: on time and on budget!
