I really can’t say enough good things about Smith & Sons professional home renovation builders. We as usual obtained three quotes and Ray from Smith & Sons Brisbane City was the only company that submitted an itemized quote. The project included laundry, dressing room, ensuite, and bathroom and was to take 5 weeks from start to finish. Plus, the start date wasn’t a three month wait. Having both bathrooms done at some time was the most efficient way of getting these areas renovated. We had to move into short term accommodation, but this outweighed the total cost and living at construction site. It was a pleasure working with Ray as he explained every detail of the process and was very responsive to questions, I had along the way. As we were staying close, ongoing communication with Ray was consistent on every stage of the build. Example, which way I would like the tiles and what colour grout etc. His attention to detail was outstanding and he really worked extremely hard to make the job outstanding and to my taste. It was clear that Ray had with other trades and suppliers that he had good relationships with them and when we selected produces this was important making the process go smoothly. Ray is very multiskilled as qualified tiler and builder. He was able to most of the build as to demolition, wall changes, tiling, plastering, painting, dressing room and vanity installation. But plumbers and electricians were contacted for the specific jobs on the reno.   We are extremely happy with the skills, expertise, and professional quality of Rays work. I would not hesitate, at all to contact Ray for future projects.
