Tim undertook a bathroom renovation and repair work to our second bathroom due to water damage and created a much-needed storage area.  We had a major water leak that damaged our bathroom and went through the floor to damage our 2nd bathroom and storage area in the garage beneath.

Tim was a lovely, friendly guy who I took an instant liking to.  We felt quite comfortable in giving Tim the keys to our house, to come and go as he please whilst he was completing the renovations.

Our little dog, Tilly, also had a great affinity with him and looked forward to his visit every day. She misses being Site Supervisor.

Tim was very reliable and trustworthy and worked very hard, especially during the very hot days we had whilst he was completing the job. The quality of the workmanship was superb.  He did not hurry anything and completed the renovation in a patient and diligent manner.

The workmanship was beyond reproach.

For our kitchen/ family room renovation, this area had been repaired 3 times in the past and Tim was the only builder who actually fixed it and did a great job.

Tim`s service was excellent and he was always available to be contacted by phone, whenever I had

a question. Tim was always as good as his word and always showed up when he said he would.

To summarise I found Tim to be an excellent builder and a nice bloke to boot.  His work is thorough and professional and one would be hard pressed to find a better builder.
