We engaged Peter and his team at Smith and Sons Ryde to complete renovation and extensions works to our property. From our very first engagement with Peter, we were impressed with his attitude and willingness to help. Right from the get-go, Peter was helpful and upfront in explaining his work, timelines, availability and was more than happy to help pass over contacts such as architect to help us through.

We found a rare quality in Peter, honestly and integrity. His is upfront with everything, there were no hidden surprises and no nasty shocks. Everything was clearly set out, discussed and explained.

We had a project that was slightly different to many of the other works, as we only wanted it completed to the lock up phase. This was no issues, and Peter was able to give us everything that we had asked for any more.

We were extremely impressed with the quality of the workmanship that he and his team gave to us. I can’t fault the detail and quality that he gave us. There was attention to detail on all aspects of the job, and he was able to work through the inevitable unforeseen issues that arose through our project without any stress of issues. And in terms of keeping a job site clean and site, this was second to none!

I would have no reservations to recommend Peter to anyone wanting to undertake any form of work on their house and would most definitely use Peter again when we renovate again in the future.
