The transformation of the 3 small almost unusable rooms into the large roomy bathroom complete with spa totally blows me away the difference it has made.

And the new outside deck area. . . what a transformation that has made. It's like having an extra room on the house and the balustrade is exactly what I had in mind and it completes the look. This area has gone from an unused verandah to an amazing place to sit with a coffee every morning and a wine to finish off the day.
