The renovations have turned out great which is a testament to the professionalism you and your colleagues have displayed over the past six or seven weeks. The communication, individual skills and work ethic of all those involved in the renovations (including the office staff) has been exemplary. I particularly want to thank Nick who was the ‘man on site’ for the best part of the project and who was always there to discuss and clear up any of our concerns. He went far and above what was required of him on more than one occasion. You’d do well to make sure you keep him. I would have no hesitation in recommending Smith and Sons as a competent, capable and professionally run company in the field of home renovations and general building repair. In addition, I’d be happy to offer feedback to any potential Smith and Son clients if ever you needed me to.

 

Once again I’d like to congratulate and thank all of your team for making this so easy for Melinda and I. When our upstairs needs to get renovated in the next few years I won’t even bother getting quotes from anyone else. I’ll be going straight to Smith and Sons…but only if Terry,Tom and Nick are still there.
